We do not charge for the initial consultation, in fact, we encourage you to pick up the phone, tell us about your project and see if we are a good fit for each other. Chatting with us is 100% free of charge, so feel free to take advantage of it!

You absolutely can! Some clients like to start out with a Business (less expensive) plan just so we can get to know each other better. Usually, after a month or two, they want to try out a different plan and we are more than happy to oblige. 

We do not offer SERPs guarantees (e.i. "you will rank #1 for the  X keyword"). Let us explain why... Since only Google knows how their search engine works, no one else can guarantee rankings (they also depend on the location you are in, personal settings and a host of other factors). And no self-respecting SEO agency gives out such guarantees... and if they do, know that they are not being sincere. What we do guarantee is that you will have a seasoned SEO specialist working on your campaign and help your website reach the top and get more customers your way!

Though this is not something we encourage, if you want us to modify our SEO package to fit your specific requirement, we can do that as well.

We charge at the beginning of the month, for the current month. This solidifies your commitment as a client but also ensures we don't get into a situation where we do the work and the client changes their mind and does not want to pay. (we are not saying you are such client, but we've had an occasional "difficult" client in the past)

We, as a company, value and encourage open communication and honesty. And we had this as an option for all our clients. But, over time, as the number of clients grew, we found ourselves not having enough time, unfortunately, to be on the phone with all of our clients (excluding our regular reporting calls). Which is why, we've reserved this ability only for the clients running the "Elite" package, as it takes time (and money) to pull an account manager out of their daily routine and get them on the call.
