Project Brief :

A local sushi restaurant came to our SEO agency looking to increase their reach, get their name out there and, of course, get more paying customers.

Though their restaurant provided amazing service and had repeat customers, they were struggling to get new people through the door.

AzureGrande was commissioned to launch a comprehensive SEO campaign with the goal of improving the rankings of both their website as well as their Google map rankings.

Work we’ve done:

Our first order of business was a complete website mapping – a process in which we go through the entire website, map out all the pages, research for on-page improvements, research new pages possibilities (areas/services that were poorly covered). After the research phase is done, we move into implementation.

Next, we looked at the technical problems that were affecting the website and preventing it from ranking better in Google. Though there weren’t that many technical problems, our team was able to identify certain page duplication and cannibalization, which we fixed.

We then turned our attention to the content of the website, which was severely lacking, especially when compared with the competition. Our content team took matters into their own hands and created an entire 6-month long content marketing campaign, where we rewrote the majority of the current pages, and researched/wrote additional ones.

Once we were done with the website, we moved in to completely reoptimize their Google Business Profile page.

Once these on-page optimizations were done, we implemented a comprehensive off-page campaign with one clear goal – to boost the authoritativeness of the restaurant, get others to talk about it and help raise both website and map rankings in Google.

Outcome:

We were able to achieve incredible results in both website and map organic rankings, evident in our call tracking report which showed an incredible 653% increase in calls to the restaurant.

Project Brief :

A well-known local clinic came to us to help with their website. The biggest problem for this specific client was their lack of trust in SEO agencies as they were working with one for close to a year without any significant results. 

Despite having a huge team of hard working doctors and supporting staff, plentiful funding and a well-established patient care system in place, they were struggling to bring in new patients and were in dire need of help.

Our SEO agency was given one of the most challenging tasks there is – clean up other people’s mess and help the client get back on track.

Since we love a good challenge, we gladly took the opportunity.

This website had a severe problem with three aspects:

  • Architecture – the website had a problematic structure since it had multiple locations and the pages were mixed between those, often hard to differentiate which one belonged to which location.
  • Poor content – the content was of poor quality, poorly written, short and overall not able to satisfy the user’s intent.
  • Lack of authority – though the clinic itself had sufficient funding, cutting corners on content production was evident.

So, our team developed a three-prong approach to solving as many problems as it could because we had to “convince” the upper management that SEO made sense for their website and that they will see the results.

It was an uphill battle from the start, but one we, luckily, one.

Outcome:

The results were so overwhelming that the management not only approved dedicated funds for digital marketing, but also “had” to hire additional appointment setters because we not only increased the rankings and number of calls for their main location, but the two additional as well. 

 

Project Brief :

A local roofing repair client came to our agency with the desire to rank higher in their local area. Though they had some word-of-mouth clients and jobs, they were struggling to get a system of steady, regular leads coming to their website and Google Business Profile.

Our job was simple – rank the client for their main business services locally!

Since the client’s requirements were fairly straightforward, we’ve implemented our “usual”, holistic strategy covering both map and website rankings. 

We’ve fixed technical problems preventing the website from ranking high in the serps, improved Google Business Profile listing and worked on building up the reputation of these two assets in Google. 

Outcome:

As evident on the map rankings, we did not only improve the client’s rankings and brought in more customers, the client started to dominate its local area and became a go-to roof repair company people call to fix their problems.

Project Brief :

On this project we were working with an e-commerce client that was selling its products (medical supplements) nationwide. Their goals were to, obviously, increase their sales, as well as boost their general levels of traffic – become a sort of an authority when it comes to these types of supplements.

This type of client requires a slightly different strategy, as compared to a local one, but its definitely something we do at our SEO agency.

Though the client had their supplements listed, they were doing little to nothing when it came to content marketing strategy (presenting them as an authority in their field).

So, our job was twofold – on-page optimization, technical fixes, off-page optimization but also an effective content marketing strategy to “get their name out there.”

Outcome:

We are really proud of the work we were able to do in just under a year. As evident on the screenshot, their daily traffic went from an average of 20 daily visitors (when we started working together), to an average of 200, a staggering 10 fold growth.
